Death Certificates shown are available from  "Kentucky Death Records, 1852 - 1953".

Death Certificates are a good source for additional information. Most include birth date, death date, parents name, cause of death, residence at time of death, and other information. There are mistakes on grave inscriptions as well as mistakes on Death Certificates. It is always good to check both items for information.

( * ) - Help with the transcription information from this stone provided by the 1995 Eagle Scout Project of Stephen E. Oakes. Permission was granted by Stephen for me to include his work on my site. Some of the stones that were legible in 1995 have deteriorated to a point that transcription is nearly impossible.
